Students will understand the role in which a coach plays within a team environment and the necessity to having a coach. As well as how to try to create a positive atmosphere and environment for player development and how to implement coaching strategies within esports.
Player Psychology and Strategy Development
Learners will be able introduced to the psychology of a player and how it can impact team and individual performance. Furthermore, they will develop strategies whilst integrating psychological techniques into their coaching. Finally, learners will understand how psychological factors can influence various aspects of player performance.
Coaching Tools and Athlete Care Techniques
Learners will develop a key understanding of tools that are used within the world of coaching to nurture player development. As well as various methodologies that are implemented to help with adding longevity to player careers.
